Location:
Topas Ecolodge is located 18 km from Sapa, deep in the Hoang Lien Mountains. The 25 bungalows overlook the entire valley with the ethnic minority villages of Ban Ho and Thanh Phu, 400 altitude meters beneath. This package has been carefully designed to give you the best opportunity to experience the highlights of northern Vietnam: the ethnic communities with their unique cultures, the deep valleys covered by terraced rice fields, the breathtaking mountains...

Accommodation:
Topas Eco Lodge:
Consists of 25 individual lodges placed in a circle around the hills. From the lodge there are breathtaking views across the scenic valleys below, which are home to villages of the Tay and Red Dao minorities. The lodges are made of white granite from a nearby quarry and the roofs are made from palm branches. All the lodges are double or twin rooms. All are equipped with toilet and shower facilities, and every lodge has a porch from where you can view the valley or enjoy the sunset.

The bungalows:
All the 25 bungalows are built of natural materials such as white granite and golden hardwood, and each bungalow has its own private balcony with a magnificent view. The interior design is invitingly pleasant but simple, without air-conditioners, TV or Mini bars. All bungalows have double or twin beds and a private bathroom. Lighting and warm water are provided by the bungalow's own solar energy panel.

Restaurant & Bar:

• The restaurant is an old traditional Tay stilt house. It was carefully moved piece by piece from its original site and reassembled at the lodge with more equipment to meet modern standards while respecting its original and historical qualities.
• All the meals are served in the lodge’s restaurant. The food is served either as a set menu or buffet. It’s all Vietnamese food cooked and served by minority people from the surrounding villages.

We will have enough time to visit the nearby Red Dao village of Thanh Kim and the local school.

Silverstone View point Tour:
Just behind Topas Ecolodge you will not fail to see the rough green peak called Peak Silverstone overwiewing the complete valley system.
Mountain biking:
For the more adventurous guests our quality mountain bikes are available. The mountain hills and trails are well suited for biking
